GINOMENU-X v3.3

Programmable GUI Builder for X-Windows

GINOMENU-X is a Fortran subroutine toolkit for developing GUI applications under Linux, UNIX or OpenVMS that are totally platform independent and that can be ported across all major computing platforms. It provides extensive window and widget building modules allowing professional user-interfaces to be created using its unique built-in GUI emulation modes of Windows or MOTIF.

No knowledge of system event loops or window handles is required and a basic program containing a simple window can be created with less than 15 lines of code!

The extensive functionality, ease-of-use and flexibility of GINOMENU and the other GINO Graphics products, provide the programmer with a powerful development toolkit for generating a fully portable graphical display system.

Highlights:

  • No knowledge of X-Windows required
  • Produce portable GUI applications
  • Very easy to use

Product Restrictions:

Due to the continual demand of increased functionality in the Windows version of GINOMENU, the following features are not supported by GINOMENU-X: MDI Windows, Docking Panes, Property Lists, Text/Value Arrays, Toolbars, Gauges, Spinners, Progress Bars, Table Boxes, TTY Entry Boxes and Video Frames.
